Innovation Process Design and Improvement

  • Finding the right balance of risk and speed for your business if critical to building a bespoke process that in enabling, not disabling to your business.
  • I have built and optimised innovation and commercialisation processes at Arnott's, Campbell Soups, Nestlé, Birch and Waite and Allied Pinnacle. 
  • Each process was different and needed to be tailored to the business culture and targets. 
  • Each one was in need of frequent adjustment and overhaul to keep up with the current business model. 
  • I work with executive teams to clarify the business needs and challenges, then work closely with cross functional teams to find what is working (and what's not) to create a process that balances risk and agility.  Someone else's solution won't work for your business.

Business Process Optimisation

  • The way we work together across teams, functions and locations is through processes.  These are either enabling your teams to be their best, or holding them back and generating frustration and waste.

  • Having developed more than 500 products across sauces, meals, soups, beverages, confectionery and bakery categories for own brand or bespoke developments for customers in retail and food service markets.  
  • I have developed products under these great brands and customers... Maggi, Nescafe, MILO, Mars, Starburst, Dove, Tim Tam's, Shapes... and these customers McDonalds, Krispy Kreme, KFC, Hello Fresh, Subway.
